The craft of the miller
Three countries give a presentation on aspects on the craft of the miller
- Speaker 1: Yasser Ali, Director of restoration in Dakhla Oasis, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, Egypt on the traditional animal-powered mills from the 5th to the 15th century in Egypt
- Speaker 2: Anders Ringebo, Miller at Ottadalen Mølle and Eivind Falk, director at Norwegian Crafts Institute with a report from a miller in the Norwegian Mountains
- Speaker 3: Gundolf Scheweling, Vice-President of the German Mill Society on the situation of the millers craft in still working “small” mills in the context of the mill restoration in Germany.
